Three interconnected buildings: the Delta hotel, the Bremner tower and the PwC tower.

Overview

Two office towers and a 46-storey hotel spanning a full block downtown, linked to the PATH. All three buildings are certified LEED SC Gold.

All electrical work for the three buildings: high and low voltage, power, distribution, fire alarm, security, lighting and generators
PwC Tower: value engineering and systems integration support
Bremner Tower: integration services across buildings that led to cost savings; fit-outs for Apple Canada, Starbucks, Amazon, Informatica and others
Delta Hotel: Design-Assist; lighting control, fibre-optic backbone, CCTV and security
